We are looking for a Juvenile Affairs Inspector who will be responsible for preventing juvenile offenses, protecting the rights and interests of minors, and interacting with families, educational institutions, and other organizations. Your main task will be to prevent unlawful behavior among minors, identify and eliminate the causes and conditions contributing to offenses, and provide assistance to adolescents in difficult life situations. You will conduct preventive conversations, educational work, organize meetings with parents and teachers, and participate in the development and implementation of social adaptation programs for minors. An important part of your job will be cooperation with guardianship authorities, courts, medical and social services. You will keep records of minors under preventive supervision, analyze the causes of their behavior, and develop individual correction plans. In addition, the Juvenile Affairs Inspector must be able to identify cases of abuse, violence, or neglect of a child's interests, respond promptly to such situations, and take measures to eliminate them. The job requires high stress resistance, the ability to find an approach to children and adolescents, and readiness for non-standard situations.
